UK CUSTOMERS

We use Royal Mail as our main fulfilment supplier because they have the lowest reported carbon footprint per parcel delivery for any logistics company across the UK. For items exceeding 2kg in weight, we may on occasion use Parcelforce. If you have any queries or personalised delivery requirements, please add a note to your order or send us an email at contactus@thehairconsult.com. We can often also provide express next-day delivery for an small additional fee if required.

Standard Delivery: 

Delivery by Royal Mail using their ‘First Class Signed’ tracked service. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes without prior agreement, and would generally ask that you allow up to five working days for delivery (although we always aim to exceed your expectations).

Free delivery on orders of £50 and over; £5.50 postage on orders under £50.
