Shu Uemura's Izumi Tonic Strengthening Energizing Water is an innovative rice water and ceramide treatment designed to strengthen hair and prevent breakage and split ends. Rice water is rich in amino acids, vitamins B and E, minerals and antioxidants, and is known for its ability to repair cell damage and restore moisture and elasticity to hair. Taking inspiration from a traditional Japanese beauty tradition called 'yu-su-ru', this lightweight treatment leaves hair 10 times stronger after one use (according to tests by Shu Uemura) and longer-term will give you healthier, shinier and more silky locks.

After shampooing with your usual Shu Uemura shampoo and conditioner (or mask), spray Izumi Tonic liberally through towel-dried hair, using a wide-tooth comb to distribute. Leave in, and air dry or blow-dry before styling as desired.
